A. We endeouver to dispatch within 2 working days of receiving your order, If however an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise a new delivery date or an alternative item.
Q. Will I have to sign for my parcel?
A. Yes, if your item is sent via our courier service,or 1st class Royal mail then a signature is required.
Q. What happens if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?
A. Our carrier will leave a card indicating the day and time they attempted delivery. The card will advise what has happened to the consignment and give contact details, along with a reference number, so that you may make alternative delivery arrangements. Our carriers only make two delivery attempts; after the second attempt the consignment will be returned to us.
